The Female Multipurpose Health Worker (FMPHW) program is designed to prepare skilled and effective female health workers for rural and community settings. The curriculum enables practitioners to practice basic healthcare at a defined level of proficiency in accordance with local conditions and to meet local needs, supporting the National Rural Health Mission's objectives. Graduates play a vital role in primary healthcare delivery across rural J&K.
